Performance Marketing Manager – Hotel & Car Rental (MSE)

About the role

The Performance Marketing Manager (MSE) will own Klook’s Hotel and Car Rental verticals on premier metasearch platforms such as Google Hotel Ads, TripAdvisor and Skyscanner. Acting as the main liaison between external partners and internal Product, Engineering and Pricing teams, you will ensure commercial and technical integrity while driving channel stability and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner Management – serve as primary contact for MSE partners, handle technical troubleshooting, align roadmaps and identify scaling opportunities.
• Strategic Growth & Execution – implement platform‑specific growth strategies, monitor daily spend, traffic and budget pacing to meet ROI and volume targets.
• Performance Ownership – analyse channel data, generate actionable insights, propose initiatives and lead post‑performance reviews.
• Bidding & Campaign Optimization – perform daily bidding adjustments, optimise campaigns and track KPIs to improve revenue and profitability.
• Pricing Strategy Collaboration – work with the Pricing team to design, configure and test pricing models aligned with P&L goals.
• Cross‑Functional Technical Alignment – collaborate with Product to resolve technical blockers and enhance visibility of MSE listings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field; Mathematics, Economics or Statistics a strong plus.
• Minimum 5 years of performance or digital marketing experience managing strategic accounts for global e‑commerce brands.
• Exceptional data sense with ability to work autonomously; experience pulling raw data, conducting end‑to‑end studies and translating findings into decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, fast‑learning attitude toward travel‑tech trends.
