Recruitment Consultant – Finance & Accounting

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join Robert Walters’ finance and accounting desk. You will act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, helping organisations find top‑tier talent while guiding professionals in their career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with clients operating in commerce, finance and accounting.
• Source, screen and interview high‑calibre candidates and match them to suitable roles.
• Provide market insight, salary benchmarks and career advice to clients and candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client brief to successful placement.
• Expand your network within the finance sector to generate new business opportunities.
• Meet individual and team targets that contribute to desk performance.

Required profile

• Strong interest in recruitment and the finance & accounting sector.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
• Resilient, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Previous recruitment or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
