Sales Associate – Luxury Boutique (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Sales Associate will work on the shop floor of a luxury boutique in Hong Kong, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and after‑sales process. You will represent the brand, maintain visual standards and contribute to a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers throughout the store, ensuring alignment with brand standards and the highest level of satisfaction.
• Manage the complete sales process, from product presentation to closing the sale, while maintaining detailed client records.
• Provide post‑sale service, handling claims, follow‑ups and loyalty initiatives to reinforce the brand image.
• Participate in product presentations and stay up‑to‑date on all product categories available in the store.
• Maintain visual displays, monitor stock levels, and support inventory counts at year‑end and during rotations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment and prevent theft or loss.

Required profile

• Relevant experience as a Sales Associate in a luxury boutique.
• Strong alignment with brand identity, detail‑oriented and passionate about Balmain products.
• Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced retail setting.
