About the role
We are seeking an energetic Senior Cook to join our contemporary Japanese dining concept in Sheung Wan. You will help set up the kitchen, work across hot and cold sections, and support senior chefs during service, ensuring dishes meet our high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set up work sections and maintain kitchen readiness.
- Prepare hot and cold dishes according to menu specifications.
- Support colleagues when needed to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow health and hygiene procedures at all times.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness according to standards.
Required profile
- Genuine interest in cooking and Japanese cuisine.
- Minimum of 1 year kitchen experience.
- Positive attitude with a teamwork mindset.
- Strong sense of responsibility in your role.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Embodies behavioural values: teamwork, niceness, commitment, positivity.
