Senior Manager / Associate Director – Institutional & Pension Business (HK)

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to lead the development and closure of new institutional and pension business across Hong Kong and Macau. You will be responsible for generating sales, managing the full sales cycle, and promoting Invesco’s investment solutions to complex clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new institutional and pension business opportunities in Hong Kong and Macau.
• Prepare and present RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
• Conduct detailed analysis of client assets, liabilities, risk‑return profiles, and investment needs.
• Collaborate with regional and global investment teams to tailor product offerings.
• Generate innovative ideas for new products and coordinate RFP responses.
• Achieve regional activity targets and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external consultants.

Required profile

• Highly motivated professional with solid industry connections in institutional and pension markets.
• Proven ability to source deals, manage the full sales process, and close transactions.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating asset‑liability structures and investment risk‑return profiles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across regional and global teams.
