Required profile

• A true passion for creating exceptional experiences for guests as well as teammates
• An innate desire to learn, ask questions, and share knowledge with others
• An extreme eye for detail to compose the minutiae that make up an outstanding guest experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a love for engaging with guests and building genuine relationships
• Strong communication skills to provide clear verbal and written instructions
• Extensive front‑of‑house experience in reputable, full‑service restaurants in major metropolitan cities
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in culinary/hospitality management or a related field
