Server / Wine Server – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the award‑winning Mandarin Oriental The Landmark in Hong Kong as a Server/Wine Server. You will deliver attentive, high‑standard service to guests in a luxury hotel setting, supporting the Food & Beverage team to create memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and beverages according to hotel standards.
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of the assigned dining section.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery of dishes.
• Monitor the back‑of‑house area and manage the flow of service between kitchen and dining floor.
• Provide prompt, courteous responses to guest needs throughout the dining experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant server or wine‑service experience.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional food‑and‑beverage service.
• Friendly, service‑oriented team player with strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
