Strategy & Business Design Consultant – Hong Kong

About the role

Deloitte China is seeking talented professionals to join its Strategy & Business Design practice in Hong Kong. You will work with leading organisations to shape strategic road‑maps, leverage advanced analytics and drive transformative outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your work against project plans to deliver a superior client experience.
• Understand client businesses, monitor sector trends and apply leading practices.
• Diagnose problems, conduct analysis and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Gather and interpret financial information to strengthen recommendations.
• Articulate ideas clearly, present concise cases and support them with appropriate data and tools.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Recognise technology as a business enabler and develop reusable assets for future projects.
• For senior roles: create thought‑ware, select analytical methods and shape strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Interest in emerging technologies and their application in business strategy.
