About the role

The Human Resources Assistant will support the Director of Human Resources in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department within a leading hotel. This role provides assistance to both the Personnel and Learning functions, helping to maintain effective HR services for hotel staff.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the HR Director with daily administrative tasks and HR processes.
  • Support personnel functions, including employee records, onboarding, and off‑boarding.
  • Contribute to learning and development initiatives for hotel staff.
  • Help coordinate HR communications and maintain departmental documentation.
  • Provide general HR support to ensure compliance with hotel policies.

Required profile

  • University degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources or hospitality‑related fields.
  • Experience in hotel‑related operational positions is advantageous.
  • Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
  • Dynamic, passionate and customer‑focused attitude.
