About the role
The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR Division of a leading hotel, helping with recruitment, benefits administration and employee engagement. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in HR within the hospitality industry.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Division, handling paperwork, data entry and record‑keeping.
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening candidates and supporting the compensation programme.
- Drive associate engagement by introducing and managing employee activities and events.
- Build rapport and communicate effectively with associates, promoting Hyatt’s Purpose throughout the hotel.
- Ensure office administration, hotel policies and procedures are aligned with hotel standards.
Required profile
- University degree in Human Resources or Hospitality Management (preferred but not mandatory).
- Effective communication skills with proficiency in English and Cantonese.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
