Sales Development Representative (Cantonese)

About the role

Airwallex is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative who can speak Cantonese and English to help expand its customer base. You will be part of the SME & Growth Business team, focusing on generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and feeding the sales pipeline with high‑value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospects through cold calls, emails, chat and social media to uncover needs.
• Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and move them through the buyer journey toward product demos.
• Execute predefined outreach “plays” and meet or exceed SLA targets for lead handling.
• Maintain accurate activity and contact data in the CRM and contribute to weekly reporting.
• Present Airwallex product information tailored to prospect requirements.
• Test and recommend new outreach strategies and best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent communicator who enjoys building relationships with prospects and teammates.
• Resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions while maintaining consistent performance.
• Process‑oriented, able to document and follow scalable procedures.
• Proven track record of high performance in an SDR or similar sales role.
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
• Strong interest in technology and financial services.
