Sales Representative Specialist – Hong Kong & Macau

About the role

The Specialist I, Sales Representative will lead sales operations for the Hong Kong and Macau markets, executing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, and building lasting partner relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint business plans and monthly revenue targets for Hong Kong and Macau.
• Strategically manage retail partner accounts, delivering win‑win outcomes through strong relationship building and product expertise.
• Provide realistic scenario planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives and detailed business analysis.
• Collaborate with internal functions to align overall sales plans and maximize marketplace impact.
• Identify new sales opportunities through market research and competitive analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in account servicing, especially in athletic or consumer products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong influence and negotiation abilities across cross‑functional and vertical teams.
• High personal efficiency, collaborative mindset, and comfort dealing with ambiguity.
