Senior Workplace Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Workplace Specialist to lead the delivery of a high-quality workplace experience at AECOM. The role will coordinate office space utilization, front-of-house services, facilities maintenance and smart-building reporting to support our employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Lines, Employee Engagement, Connect Teams and internal committees to maximize office space utilization and support business events and corporate initiatives.
• Oversee daily Front of House operations, including reception services and visitor management, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience.
• Manage office cleaning and pest-control programs, conduct service reviews and inspections, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Coordinate all office maintenance activities, manage relationships with contractors, and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
• Monitor and maintain workplace-related IoT systems, prepare occupancy and facilities reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve utilization and efficiency.
• Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes related to workplace access, equipment provisioning and recovery.

Required profile

• Senior-level experience in workplace, facilities or office operations management.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external service providers.
• Strong focus on employee satisfaction and operational excellence.
