Senior Client Manager – Multinational Benefits

About the role

Mercer is seeking a Senior Client Manager to lead a portfolio of multinational clients in Hong Kong, focusing on health and benefits risk placement across Asia‑Pacific. This hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship lead for complex multinational clients, managing escalations and delivering strategic advice.
• Collaborate with global counterparts and internal project managers to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Design and implement client management tools, monitor service level agreements, and support global benefit financing strategies.
• Identify and drive operational improvement initiatives and contribute to business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of broking experience in health, life, or disability insurance.
• Proven ability to build and maintain senior client relationships and manage challenging demands.
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Self‑starter with a commitment to quality and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
