Manager / Senior Consultant – Executive Compensation Consulting

About the role

Join Mercer’s Career team in Hong Kong as a Manager or Senior Consultant supporting executive compensation consulting. This hybrid position requires at least three days per week in the office and offers exposure to a range of consulting projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead small to mid‑size consulting projects and develop client presentations and deliverables.
• Gather executive pay data using Mercer’s proprietary tools and public sources, providing quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Support business development through client communication, prospecting, and follow‑up on leads.
• Conduct external research on industry trends, company news, and competitor landscapes.
• Coach and manage project team members, collaborating with other divisions on HR solutions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in executive compensation, total rewards, management consulting, finance, HR, or accounting.
• Strong analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative, with a solid background in Excel.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
