Analyst / Associate – Institutional Sales (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

Join Hex Trust’s fast‑growing Institutional Sales team in Hong Kong. You will work alongside senior VPs, manage a portfolio of smaller and mid‑sized institutional clients, and gain exposure to the full crypto stack including custody, staking, tokenisation and more.

Key responsibilities

• Support VPs and senior sales members across the full sales cycle – prospecting, qualification, deal execution and client onboarding.
• Own a book of smaller and mid‑sized institutional accounts, driving activation, retention and wallet‑share growth.
• Prepare client‑facing materials such as pitch decks, commercial proposals and RFP responses.
• Maintain pipeline hygiene in HubSpot CRM and produce weekly activity and revenue reports.
• Coordinate with product, operations, compliance and legal to move deals through onboarding.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to build a personal pipeline.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of sales, business development or client‑coverage experience at a financial institution, crypto firm or fintech (no fresh graduates).
• Strong understanding of crypto and traditional finance concepts, able to discuss custody, wallets, staking and tokenisation with institutional clients.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and self‑driven, thriving in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude.
• Advanced use of Google Workspace.
• Experience with HubSpot CRM.
