About the role

Our Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically, and helping create a welcoming environment for all. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with shoppers, assisting them in finding what they need, and maintaining a well‑presented store.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers, offering product support and styling guidance.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales floor.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Handle online orders, including Save the Sale, In‑Store Pick‑Up, and ship‑from‑store packaging.
