Therapy Consultant III – Medical Product Sales

About the role

The Therapy Consultant III will promote a wide range of medical products to retail customers in Hong Kong, providing excellent service and product expertise in a busy shop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s medical product portfolio to retail customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries.
• Achieve team sales and promotion targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver product training and demonstrations in the shop.
• Participate in promotional events and activities.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder; graduates in science subjects are a plus.
• Good negotiation, selling and communication skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Self‑initiative, responsible, independent and willing to learn.
• Experience in medical product sales or healthcare industry is advantageous.
