About the role

Join Celki VitalAire, a leading provider of respiratory and healthcare solutions in Hong Kong and Macau, as a Therapy Consultant III. You will promote a wide range of medical products, provide excellent customer service, and support the sales team in achieving targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company's medical product portfolio to retail customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to enquiries.
• Achieve team sales and promotion objectives and targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Deliver product training and demonstrations in store.
• Participate in promotional events and activities.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder; graduates in science subjects are a plus.
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Strong negotiation, selling and communication skills.
• Self‑initiative, responsible, independent and willing to learn.
• Experience in sales of medical products or healthcare industry is an advantage.
