Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, personalized service, anticipate customer needs, and offer styling guidance across product categories.
• Support product replenishment, keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually consistent.
• Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
• Handle online orders, including Save the Sale, in‑store pick‑up, and ship‑from‑store packaging.
