Customer Services Executive – Marine Logistics

About the role

The Customer Services Executive will ensure timely delivery of ship spares and provide comprehensive logistics support to vessels worldwide, while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ship spares to vessels within agreed deadlines.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Handle enquiries and quotations by communicating with agents and customers.
• Provide suitable solutions for urgent ship‑spare shipments globally.
• Liaise with overseas teams and partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Place bookings for various transport modes based on client decisions.
• Arrange insurance for customers and manage claims for loss or damage.
• Meet customers regularly to strengthen relationships.
• Issue invoices and analyse profit statistics.

Required profile

• Higher Diploma or above in Maritime Studies, English, or Logistics‑related fields.
• At least 2 years of relevant logistics experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused attitude.
