Logistics Manager – Global Export Operations

About the role

Join Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast to lead the export logistics function that moves products from China to markets worldwide. You will shape a high‑performing, data‑driven logistics organization that supports iconic brands and delivers a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of the logistics team into an efficient, resilient, and agile operation that serves as a competitive advantage.
• Embed fact‑based analytics and operational metrics into all logistics processes to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Build, develop, and leverage relationships with forwarders and 3PL providers to drive innovation, efficiency, and superior service levels.
• Accelerate digital transformation by implementing advanced tools and platforms for real‑time performance monitoring.
• Maintain robust SOPs, ensure statutory compliance, and uphold internal controls including SOX compliance.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance management for internal teams and external partners.
• Define, track, and act on KPIs for export logistics to continuously improve service levels and cost to serve.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading logistics or supply‑chain teams in a global export environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive operational improvements.
• Experience managing relationships with 3PLs and forwarders, especially for China‑to‑global shipments.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements, including SOX and international trade regulations.
• Ability to champion a culture of continuous improvement and digital innovation.
