Supplier Performance Manager

About the role

As a Supplier Performance Manager you will partner with Hasbro’s Global Supply Chain team to ensure our supplier network delivers the quality, speed, and cost performance needed to bring iconic toys and games to market. You will act as the single voice for Hasbro across complex, multi‑functional relationships with key material and contract manufacturers.

Key responsibilities

• Member of the Global Category Sourcing team, contributing to the definition and design of the global sourcing strategy for the assigned product category.
• Lead regional implementation and execution of the global sourcing strategy and supplier network redesign.
• Hold suppliers accountable for operational performance, including quality, on‑time‑in‑full delivery, new product launches, and capacity.
• Manage end‑to‑end supplier performance, covering capabilities, financial health, compliance, and long‑term capacity planning.
• Drive commercial negotiations, operations‑excellence initiatives, and productivity‑improvement programs.
• Support Design‑to‑Value and Manufacturing‑Excellence projects to enhance competitiveness, resilience, and sustainability.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global sourcing, supplier performance management, or supply‑chain operations within a large, multi‑brand environment.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead improvement programs and manage complex supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to act as the single point of contact between Hasbro functions (PD, QA, Planning, Ethical) and suppliers.
