Senior Logistics Coordinator – Electronic Components

About the role

We are looking for a highly professional and hands‑on Senior Logistics Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day logistics activities within our Global Integrated Management System, supporting the electronic components business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate shipment scheduling, transportation planning, order fulfillment support and delivery coordination.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are processed accurately and on time according to customer requirements and company procedures.
• Work with carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses, customers and internal stakeholders to move materials efficiently.
• Monitor shipment status, handle exceptions, and communicate issues to the Logistics Manager.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipment documentation and inventory transactions in company systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate degree or logistics certification preferred.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehouse operations or supply chain; semiconductor/electronics experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends based on business needs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping processes, freight management and customs documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, inventory management and transportation management systems.
