IT Endpoint Support Specialist – Financial Institution

About the role

Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking for an experienced IT Endpoint Support Specialist to maintain and enhance the digital workplace for its staff. The role focuses on endpoint management, Microsoft 365 services, and ensuring secure, uninterrupted productivity across the local office.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues, delivering premium service to end‑users and VIPs.
• Own the local endpoint environment, configuring physical devices and virtual desktops (Citrix and Nutanix).
• Administer the Microsoft 365 ecosystem—including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune—from a client perspective.
• Enforce endpoint security, manage Active Directory identities, perform phishing triage, and maintain least‑privilege access.
• Manage the full IT asset lifecycle, hardware upgrades, vendor relationships, and business continuity in line with global directives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in IT endpoint support, desktop engineering or systems administration within a high‑availability corporate environment.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently, communicate technical concepts clearly, and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Windows 10/11 enterprise environments.
• Active Directory and Group Policy management.
• Intune (MDM/MAM) deployment.
