MEP Service Technician – Building Systems

About the role

We are seeking a skilled MEP Service Technician to maintain, inspect, troubleshoot and repair building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical installations. The role requires a solution‑oriented mindset, high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and other building systems.
• Diagnose technical issues, read circuit diagrams, blueprints and schematics, and implement appropriate solutions.
• Repair, adjust, remove and replace defective or damaged components safely and efficiently.
• Communicate updates to customers, supervisors and team members while adhering to standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 2+ years of service technician experience, preferably in MEP environments.
• Ability to work on‑site independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving and practical troubleshooting abilities.
