Resident Works Supervisor II

About the role

The Resident Works Supervisor II will oversee the first‑phase development of the New Territories North – San Tin/Lok Ma Chau Development Node in Hong Kong. This role is based on‑site and is responsible for ensuring that all construction activities are carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site formation and land development works at the San Tin Technopole.
• Manage engineering infrastructure works including roadworks, drainage, sewerage, waterworks, pumping stations, and reservoir construction.
• Oversee installation of common utility enclosures, associated buildings, structures, and electromechanical systems.
• Coordinate landscaping works and implementation of environmental monitoring and mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, government regulations, and health‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Certificate from the Construction Industry Council (Hong Kong) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Or successful completion of a recognized technician or craft apprenticeship with relevant experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience as a skilled worker in a related construction discipline.
• Proficiency in Chinese and English at a level equivalent to Secondary 3 or higher.
• Resident Explosives Supervisor (RES) qualification is an advantage.
