Senior Executive – HR Business Partner

About the role

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a proactive and business‑minded HR professional to join its Global People team as a Senior Executive, HR Business Partner. While talent acquisition and recruitment delivery will be the primary focus, the role offers hands‑on exposure to talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, rewards and HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned vacancies, from sourcing through onboarding, and partner with hiring managers to define assessment criteria and interview approaches.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals and external channels, and drive positive candidate experiences to strengthen the employer brand.
• Support designated departments on people‑related matters, contribute to talent management, employee engagement, learning and development, rewards and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Prepare people analytics, workforce information and presentation materials for business discussions and participate in HR and business town‑halls.
• Handle onboarding, employee movements, promotions and other lifecycle activities, maintain accurate HR records and serve as a point of contact for routine HR queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations or HR generalist functions.
• Strong recruitment capability with experience managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Demonstrated interest in expanding into broader HR business partnering and talent management responsibilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) with strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with people data and HR technology.
