Senior HR Manager – Business Partner & Talent Acquisition

About the role

Serve as a trusted adviser on organization design, workforce planning and leadership capability, while leading Talent Acquisition for critical hiring needs, talent pipelining, employer branding and workforce planning.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support change‑management initiatives, including restructurings, team integration, process optimisation and culture transformation.
• Partner with Compensation & Benefits on annual salary reviews, staff retention strategies and promotion decisions.
• Drive performance‑management processes such as objective setting, calibration, capability interventions and succession planning.
• Analyse people data and HR metrics to identify workforce risks, engagement trends and attrition drivers.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, employee experience and service delivery.
• Work closely with business leaders to design organisational structures and develop leadership capability.
• Oversee talent acquisition strategy, manage critical hiring pipelines and enhance employer branding.

Required profile

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of HR business partner or full‑spectrum HR management experience, preferably in advertising, media or professional services.
• Proven experience in organisation development, workforce planning, talent management, performance management and employee engagement.
• Strong business acumen with solid numerical sense.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management, communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
