Senior Project Manager – Business Banking CRM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives for the AMH Business Banking CRM team. The role works closely with business, functional, and technology stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project scope, resources, schedule and budget to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with business users, operations, IT, audit, legal and compliance to maintain strong project governance.
• Prioritise projects across business functions, manage overall budget, resource allocation and prioritisation.
• Lead change impact and adoption assessments to guarantee post‑implementation business readiness.
• Identify, track and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Inspire and motivate cross‑functional teams, fostering a collaborative delivery culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in business banking or bank operations.
• Proven experience managing medium‑to‑large scale projects in an agile environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to solve challenges creatively, take ownership and deliver customer‑focused solutions.
