Vice President – IT Audit (Regional Corporate Bank)

About the role

You will join the Asia Pacific Internal Audit function of a leading international bank, leading risk‑based IT and Information Systems audit engagements across the region. The role provides exposure to banking technology areas such as application controls, IT infrastructure, cloud, digital banking, artificial intelligence, IT service management and the system development life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report end‑to‑end IT and IS audit engagements, including risk assessment, fieldwork, testing, issue validation and remediation follow‑up.
• Assess design and operating effectiveness of IT controls, identify emerging risks and recommend practical improvements.
• Apply data‑analytics and continuous‑monitoring techniques to enhance audit coverage and quality.
• Support regional and global IT and cybersecurity audit programmes, covering cybersecurity, applications, infrastructure, cloud, digital banking and technology projects.
• Build strong relationships with technology, information‑security, operations and business stakeholders and contribute to annual risk assessments.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CISA, CIA, CPA, AIGP or AAIA.
• At least 8 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk or cybersecurity assurance, preferably in banking or financial services.
