Account Manager – Cloud & Software Solutions

About the role

SoftwareOne is seeking an Account Manager in Hong Kong to act as a strategic partner for customers, guiding them through digital transformation, cloud adoption and software solutions. You will build trusted relationships, uncover new business opportunities and ensure clients derive maximum value from our services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact for all account‑related matters.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand the customer base, acquire new logos and strengthen market presence.
• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies with clear short‑, mid‑ and long‑term goals focused on growth, retention and profitability.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions while owning the overall customer experience and day‑to‑day service excellence.
• Cultivate strong internal partnerships to drive effective collaboration and execution of sales strategies across teams.
• Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs and financial data while articulating business value and showcasing outcomes achieved through advisory, delivery and managed services.

Required profile

• Professional sales experience in a high‑tech or service‑related industry, preferably with successful software sales.
• Experience selling into mid‑size to large enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated experience in selling enterprise software products, services or solutions is a strong advantage.
• Ability to quickly establish trust and relationships with C‑level executives.
• Highly motivated, results‑oriented with strong presentation, communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent multitasking, time‑management and consultative problem‑solving abilities.
