Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact for all account‑related matters.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our customer base, acquire new logos, and strengthen market presence.
• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies with clear short‑, mid‑, and long‑term goals focused on growth, retention, and profitability.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions while taking ownership of the overall customer experience and day‑to‑day service excellence.
• Cultivate strong internal partnerships to drive effective collaboration and execution of sales strategies across teams.
• Track and forecast account metrics, KPIs, and financial data while articulating business value and showcasing outcomes achieved through advisory, delivery, and managed services.

Required profile

• Professional sales experience in a high‑tech or service‑related industry with successful software sales.
• Experience selling into mid to large enterprise customers.
• Demonstrated experience in selling enterprise software products, services, or solutions (strong advantage).
• Ability to establish relationships and quickly develop trust with C‑level executives.
• Highly motivated and results‑oriented.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Solid problem‑solving and consultative skills.
