Account Manager – High Net Worth Insurance (Greater China)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to support the growth of our Greater China insurance business. You will work closely with banking partners and serve high‑net‑worth clients referred by Relationship Managers, delivering tailored insurance and wealth protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with high‑net‑worth clients referred by banking partners.
• Partner with Relationship Managers from Chinese banks to provide customized insurance and wealth protection solutions.
• Conduct financial needs analyses and recommend appropriate insurance products for wealth preservation, succession, legacy, and protection.
• Deliver a high‑touch, personalized client experience throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Support new business applications, underwriting, policy issuance, and after‑sales servicing.
• Maintain strong relationships with referral partners and ensure seamless customer engagement.
• Achieve individual business targets while complying with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in insurance, wealth management, bancassurance, or high‑net‑worth client relationship management.
• Experience serving affluent or Mainland Chinese clients is preferred.
• Strong understanding of wealth accumulation, succession planning, and insurance solutions.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and English.
• IIQE‑qualified or holding relevant insurance licences.
