Account Strategist – Google Customer Solutions (English & Cantonese)

About the role

Google Customer Solutions is seeking an Account Strategist who will partner with medium‑size businesses to drive growth through Google’s advertising platforms. The role requires fluency in English and Cantonese to manage client relationships and deliver strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of medium‑size businesses, identifying growth drivers and creating actionable plans.
• Conduct market research and analysis to uncover client needs and align Google product offerings.
• Collaborate with sales teammates to ensure coordinated execution and accountability.
• Present strategic advertising solutions that reach thousands of users and support client objectives.
• Monitor performance, handle objections, and adjust strategies to achieve quota targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
• Fluent communication skills in both Cantonese and English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities with clients and cross‑functional teams.
