Accountant – Full Set & Management Accounting (Multi‑Entity)

About the role

We are an innovative global leader in design‑driven product manufacturing seeking a hands‑on Accountant to join our regional hub. You will be responsible for the complete financial ecosystem of six international entities, handling multi‑currency transactions, management reporting and compliance across diverse markets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly and year‑end close processes for six international group entities.
• Prepare management reporting packages, financial statements, variance analyses and operational KPIs for senior executives.
• Maintain real‑time ledger integrity for global purchases, sales, receipts and supplier payments.
• Execute daily multi‑currency bank, credit‑card and inter‑company reconciliations.
• Manage complex inventory receipts, asset transfers and international import/shipping documentation.
• Assist in preparing and lodging regional tax filings (BAS, VAT, Sales Tax) across multiple jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with external accountants and global auditors to ensure statutory and management reporting compliance.

Required profile

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of full‑set accounting experience, including month‑end closing and corporate management reporting.
• Experience with multi‑currency, multi‑entity structures and global trading preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated, culturally aware and able to work autonomously under tight reporting timelines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with MYOB, MYOB Advanced, Xero or QuickBooks (cloud accounting platforms).
