Accountant – Hong Kong (Finance & Accounting)

About the role

Shengde International Financial Leasing, a Hong Kong‑based cross‑border leasing platform of Yutong Group, is expanding its finance team. The Accountant will support corporate accounting, tax compliance and bank operations in line with Hong Kong standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bookkeeping entries, issue invoices and compile financial statements according to Hong Kong accounting standards.
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual tax filings, payments and implement tax planning directives from headquarters.
• Manage corporate bank accounts, including opening, updating information, closing accounts and monitoring wealth‑management products.
• Organise and archive contracts, invoices, customs‑clearance documents and business correspondence.
• Assist auditors during the annual audit and support the issuance of audit reports.
• Conduct quarterly and annual inventory checks to safeguard warehouse assets.
• Coordinate with China headquarters on local‑market finance tasks and forward‑exchange settlements.

Required profile

• Valid Hong Kong residency and compliance with local employment regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fluent English; Chinese proficiency preferred.
• 1‑3 years of relevant experience with Hong Kong accounting and tax regulations.
• Hands‑on experience with local financial‑accounting systems.
