Accounting Assistant – Receivable & Credit

About the role

The Accounting Assistant will support the hotel’s finance team by handling accounts receivable, credit processing, and related ledger activities. This entry‑level position offers a solid foundation for a career in hospitality finance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the city ledger accurately and ensure bills are issued promptly.
• Review city ledgers with supporting documents and prepare invoices and statements as needed.
• Prepare and control daily credit‑card folios for all credit‑card companies.
• Receive and monitor rooms & F&B deposits from sales, events, and outlets, following up on unutilized deposits.
• Assist in preparing adjustment entries and month‑end journals.
• Support ad‑hoc business assignments as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and self‑motivation.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SUN Accounting System (advantage).
