Accounting Manager

About the role

Binance is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead its financial reporting, cash flow, tax compliance and budgeting functions. The role will ensure adherence to accounting standards and support the company’s rapid growth in the blockchain ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review annual reports, statutory accounts and management reports.
• Manage full financial and management reporting, cash flow monitoring, tax compliance and GST reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, corporate governance and tax regulations.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and other external parties.
• Perform reconciliations for revenue and balance‑sheet accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or ACCA (or equivalent professional qualification).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
