About the role
The Accounting Officer – Operations & Control will be based at Hong Kong International Airport and will focus on billing activities using SAP S/4 HANA. The role supports the finance team by ensuring accurate invoice generation, follow‑up, and assisting with audit preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Issue bills in SAP S/4 HANA for assigned transactions and manage related follow‑up work.
- Prepare audit schedules for interim and annual account closing.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues.
- Support ad‑hoc projects such as system migrations, workflow automation, and process improvements.
Required profile
- A recognised bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team attitude.
- High self‑initiative and the ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA or equivalent ERP systems for billing/invoicing.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
- Competent use of Microsoft Word.
