AI Application Architect

About the role

Infosys is seeking an AI Application Architect to help clients solve business challenges using cutting‑edge artificial intelligence technologies. The role involves designing, integrating, and delivering AI‑driven solutions that align with enterprise applications and strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business problems and devise AI‑based solutions.
• Research, prototype, and implement AI models—including generative AI, multimodal, and NLP technologies—to address specific use cases.
• Design integration architecture that connects AI services with existing enterprise systems.
• Perform data labeling, mining, cleansing, vectorization, and prompt engineering to prepare high‑quality training data.
• Lead technical delivery, respond to RFPs, and oversee implementation of AI applications.
• Guide teams in converting state‑of‑the‑art AI research into production‑ready algorithms and services.
• Explore and build multimodal interest engines, virtual humans, and virtual worlds for client scenarios.

Required profile

• Strong background in computer science, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI solutions at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated leadership in AI architecture and application development.

Required skills

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning concepts.
• Generative AI, Multimodal AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Data labeling, data mining, data cleansing, vectorization, prompt engineering.
