AI Consultant

About the role

Logicalis is seeking an AI Consultant to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle. You will act as a bridge between customers, resellers and our sales teams, ensuring that technical issues are resolved quickly and that clients gain maximum value from our AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical advice and support to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process.
• Perform on‑site and multi‑site technical sales support, addressing product and service issues.
• Assist customers in understanding and leveraging AI solutions to meet business objectives.
• Identify and propose process improvements to enhance presales efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams, acting as a lead without direct supervisory responsibilities.

Required profile

• Advanced, specialized expertise developed through extensive training and work experience.
• Ability to work autonomously within established procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for recurring complex issues.
• Experience leading or facilitating team activities in a technical sales context.
