AI Native Platform Architect

About the role

OKX is seeking a senior architect to lead the design and delivery of an enterprise‑grade AI Native engineering platform. You will translate large language model capabilities into reusable, scalable platform services that power intelligent development workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build the core AI Agent platform, covering task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms and multi‑agent collaboration.
• Integrate AI‑native capabilities into engineering pipelines, including AI‑assisted coding, solution generation, test case/report creation and automated environment deployment.
• Develop the knowledge‑augmentation layer using Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), GraphRAG and knowledge‑graph technologies.
• Define runtime and governance frameworks for AI agents, ensuring isolation, permission control, auditability, stability and cost management.
• Partner with product, engineering, QA and operations teams to productionise and scale platform features, continuously improving delivery efficiency and quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or a related field.
• 8+ years of backend, platform or infrastructure engineering experience with strong system design skills.
• Deep understanding of LLM and AI‑Agent architectures, including task decomposition, tool use, context handling and memory management.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph and mainstream AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Copilot.
• Experience designing or implementing RAG, GraphRAG or knowledge‑graph solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Solid knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes and cloud‑native technologies.
