AI Transformation Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a business‑oriented AI professional to help Hong Kong‑based clients translate complex business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions. The role is client‑facing and focuses on identifying high‑value AI use cases, designing solution concepts, and guiding projects from proof‑of‑concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of clients' business models, processes, and objectives, especially in financial services, banking, insurance, real estate, and the public sector.
• Identify and define AI use cases, evaluate their feasibility, and design solution concepts using LLMs, AI platforms, foundation models, industry models, AI agents and RAG.
• Lead or support PoCs and pilot projects, validate business value, and coordinate with internal engineering, product, platform and data teams to deliver solutions.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into actionable AI designs and communicating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Hong Kong government, financial services, banking, insurance, or real‑estate clients.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to engage senior business leaders.
• Clear understanding of what AI can and cannot achieve, with sound judgment on AI application.
• Business‑driven mindset focused on delivering measurable value.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Experience with AI platforms and foundation models
• Familiarity with industry‑specific AI models
• Understanding of AI agents and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Ability to evaluate mainstream AI tools for cost, scalability and implementation
• Competence in designing AI‑enabled solutions without needing hands‑on model training
