About the role

MUFG Bank, Ltd. Hong Kong Branch is recruiting for its 2027 Analyst Programme in Global Operations, aimed at talented graduates starting a career in banking. The programme gives exposure to the operational backbone of the bank, including deposits and payments, global markets operations, business management and process improvement, and suits candidates who combine analytical thinking, technology and disciplined execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with less than one year of full-time postgraduate work experience
• Degree in business analytics, information systems, engineering, finance, statistics, data science or a related discipline
• Experience in data analysis, technology transformation, operations, risk or project work is advantageous
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Self-motivated, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and learning agility

Required skills

• Working knowledge of Excel
• Confidence learning new systems and tools
