Analyst / Senior Analyst – CHS Revenue Management (ASPAC)

About the role

The Analyst / Senior Analyst for Central Hotel Services (CHS) Revenue Management supports ASPAC revenue management through centralized analytics, reporting and performance insights. The role also provides temporary revenue‑management coverage for CHS hotels and leads total‑hotel revenue initiatives, including F&B revenue management implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Own and streamline recurring CHS analytics, reporting and performance tracking across hotels, covering portfolio trends, market share, forecasting, pricing and demand performance.
• Translate hotel and portfolio data into clear insights, exceptions, opportunities and recommended actions for revenue leaders and general managers.
• Develop, maintain and improve standardized dashboards, reporting templates and analytical tools to increase consistency and scalability.
• Provide temporary revenue‑management coverage for assigned CHS hotels during leader absences, managing business‑as‑usual activities and escalating material decisions.
• Support F&B revenue‑management implementation and the WiseFins platform by coordinating hotel readiness, data requirements, onboarding, adoption tracking and issue follow‑up.
• Analyze F&B outlet performance and translate data into revenue opportunities related to pricing, product mix, promotions and commercial activation.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, F&B Operations, Analytics, Digital Marketing, Sales, Distribution and hotel teams while ensuring data quality and appropriate use of AI‑enabled workflows.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in hotel revenue management, commercial analytics or a related hospitality discipline; multi‑property or centralized services experience preferred.
• Strong analytical capability with ability to interpret performance data, identify trends and propose commercial recommendations.
• Working knowledge of hotel revenue‑management disciplines such as pricing, inventory management, forecasting, market‑share analysis and distribution.
• Experience supporting projects, system implementations, process‑improvement initiatives or training in a multicultural ASPAC environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Revenue Management, Finance, Economics, Data/Business Analytics or related field preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word proficiency.
• Experience developing executive‑ready dashboards and reports.
• Working knowledge of hotel PMS, RMS, CRS and distribution environments.
• Familiarity with Hyatt Revenue Management systems (preferred).
• Ability to learn and support F&B Revenue Management technology and related data requirements.
