APAC Event Marketing Specialist

About the role

TransPerfect is expanding its events program across the APAC region and seeks an APAC Event Marketing Specialist to own the end‑to‑end planning and execution of regional forums, trade shows and other brand‑building activities. You will work closely with global event leads and regional sales teams to deliver memorable experiences that strengthen the TransPerfect brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of APAC‑sponsored events and trade shows, including the GlobalLink NEXT series.
• Coordinate vendors (A/V, catering, designers, suppliers) to ensure on‑brand production, signage and swag.
• Oversee venue logistics, room blocks and on‑site coordination, handling registration, speaker liaison, AV, signage and real‑time issue resolution.
• Build run‑of‑show documents, timelines and cross‑functional task lists; track budgets, forecasts and expenses.
• Coordinate trade show booth assets, equipment shipping, storage and maintenance.
• Localize multi‑channel campaign messaging (email, social, partner promotions) for APAC audiences.
• Adapt promotional content and collateral for regional relevance and collect attendee feedback for post‑event reporting.
• Align with regional sales leaders and executives on event goals; support sales enablement with relevant assets.
• Assist with invoice processing, budget documentation and deployment of event tools such as registration platforms and lead‑capture apps.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in B2B event marketing, marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Fluent English with excellent written skills; fluency in at least one APAC language required.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and service‑focused with proactive problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working across time zones and cultures; willingness to travel within APAC and occasionally internationally (15‑25%).
• Passion for delivering standout attendee experiences.
