Assistant Boutique Manager

About the role

An exclusive French luxury fashion house is looking for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join its team in Hong Kong. The role works closely with the Boutique Manager to support sales targets and profitability, and covers key aspects of store operations and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
• Help handle store operation processes such as the till, expenses and inventory shortages
• Ensure consistent high standards of customer service in the store
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and appropriate manner
• Gather and provide customer feedback on products to the Boutique Manager and management team

Required profile

• At least 8 years of relevant retail management experience in luxury brands, high-end fashion, jewellery and watch retailing, or in a similar capacity
• Pleasant, hard-working, service-minded and well-organized
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good command of French and/or Japanese is a plus
