Assistant Digital Marketing Manager – Affiliate

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support our Affiliate Manager in growing and optimizing our affiliate channel for beauty products. You will work across multiple international markets, helping to expand our eCommerce presence and drive revenue through strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard beauty‑focused media partners, coupon sites, and content publishers in existing and new markets.
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure ongoing account performance.
• Adapt affiliate strategies for local markets, including language, creative assets, commission structures, and publisher preferences.
• Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns on platforms such as Rakuten, AWIN, Commission Junction, and Impact.
• Track KPIs (traffic, conversion, ROI), generate weekly/monthly reports, and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Analyse competitor and market trends to refine strategies and improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with product, brand, and local marketing teams on launches and resolve tracking or payout issues with finance and tech teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably in fashion or beauty.
• Experience with affiliate networks such as Rakuten, AWIN, Commission Junction or Impact.
• Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
