Assistant Manager – Institutional Business Sales Support

About the role

Invesco is seeking an Assistant Manager to support its Institutional Business Sales team in Hong Kong. The role acts as a bridge between sales directors, clients, and internal investment and operations teams, handling analytical, administrative and logistical tasks that enable effective client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a library of sales and marketing materials, including pitch books, fact sheets and presentation decks, and tailor them for specific client meetings.
• Prepare pre‑meeting briefing packages and post‑meeting follow‑up communications for Sales Directors.
• Assist with RFP, RFI and DDQ processes, coordinating with product, compliance, performance and investment teams to produce accurate, persuasive responses.
• Fulfil ad‑hoc client data requests, work with data and operations teams to ensure report accuracy, and support ESG and performance analytics.
• Maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) by recording client interactions, meeting notes and pipeline activities.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing servicing activities alongside Sales Directors.

• Excellent written communication skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
